Summary. The study of antitumor activity of lymphocytes isolated from mice with DOX-resistant and DOX-sensitive MCA-rhabdomyosarcoma has revealed that the development of DOX-resistance is accompanied with changes in lymphocyte antitumor activity and that the most active is the fraction of nonadherent cells, enriched with B-cells.
