EFFECT OF IMMUNOMODULATOR FROM LACTOBACILLUS DELBRUECKII ON THERAPEUTIC EFFICACY OF CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE IN MICE WITH LEWIS CARCINOMASavtsova Z.D., Mosienko V.S., Voyejkova I.M., Meniok T.A., Yudina O.Y., Shynkarenko L.N. Summary. Results of investigation of peripheral blood, lymphoid organs, and intestinal epithelium showed that blasten (immunomodulator from Lactobacillus Delbrueckii) was capable of preventing cyclophosphamide-induced cytosuppression. Moreover, blasten augmented the therapeutic efficаcy of cyclophosphamide in mice with Lewis carcinoma. This augmentation manifested itself both in an enhanced tumor growth inhibition and in a lower metastasizing. No Comments » Add comments |
