EFFECTS OF SUGARS, THEIR METHYLATED DERIVATIVES, AND DISACCHARIDES ON TUMOR CELL MIGRATION AND AGGREGATION IN VITROYakshibaeva Y.R., Vinnitsky V.B. Homotypic carcinoma 3LL cell aggregation has been inhibited by carbohydrates in the presence of spleen cells from tumor bearing mice. Carbohydrates have stimulated heterotypic aggregation of carcinoma and spleen cells. Carbohydrates inhibit migration of 3LL carcinoma and B16 melanoma cells. Spleen cells modify the carbohydrate effect on tumor cell migration in vitro. No Comments » Add comments |
