THE DEPENDENCE OF VEGF LEVEL FROM CHARACTERISTICS OF 3LL CARCINOMA DEVELOPMENT IN C57BL6 MICEThe level of vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) in the serum of C57BL6 mice with carcinoma 3LL was studied by an immunoenzyme method. On the 24-th and 33-th day after tumor cell inoculation the dependence of VEGF level from the volume of tumor and metastases has linear character. On the terminal stage of tumor development (44-th day) correlation in these parameters was lost. Our data suggested that major factor which determine the VEGF level is the size of tumor but not metastatic injuries. No Comments » Add comments |
